When you submit our evaluation inquiry form, we collect the details you choose to give us:
- Your name, mobile phone number, and email address (optional)
- Whether you want a property you own or a property you are considering buying evaluated
- The property address or location and any notes you add
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when you agreed
If you text or call us, we also receive your phone number and the content of your messages. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a property evaluation
- To contact you by phone, email, or text message about that inquiry
- To keep records of your consent and your opt-out requests
- To run and secure our website and meet legal obligations
Text messaging
We send text messages only to people who have asked about an evaluation on our website and agreed to receive texts. Texts relate to your inquiry, such as confirming we received it, asking follow-up questions about the property, and scheduling a conversation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@xwindscci.com or (916) 234-5598. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, form processing, email, and messaging platform providers, and only so they can perform services for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business. These disclosures do not include mobile numbers or SMS consent for marketing purposes.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and for our business and legal records. We keep a record of consent and opt-out requests for as long as the law requires so that we can honor them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop contacting you, by emailing info@xwindscci.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Opting out of texts does not stop us from replying to messages you send us by other means.
Children
Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
